Update 12/12/12: A reader has commented that this car has sold for $42,000 and another reminded me that the Craigslist price was $18,000 obo. Such a deal!
Giulietta Sprint 750B 1493*09141, 1315*07630. Cosmopolitan Motors appears to have been the ones who picked up this car that was sold out of an estate sale a while back for $20,000 OBO. A few guys who I correspond with on occasion were trying to buy it so I looked at pictures of it a few times back then – unfortunately I didn’t save any. Looks like a really nice original-ish car. I wonder what the current asking is?? Thanks for sending me this Zen.
One could definitely do worse than this as Sprints go. Has Autorouche (sp?) headlights same as Jeff has on his Giulia SS. Hood fits very very well.

Some improvements could be made to the interior, but it shows pretty well as is. I doubt the seat insert material is original. Very nice patina to the wheel, gauges etc. Note speaker on the passenger kick panel.
It looks decent under here but could be improved. Has a German build/assembly plate. No doubt a story there.

The rear reflectors all bleached out look neat. Tail lights original? I really like Sprints in white.

Positive ID.

No rust in the open rockers and a DS for a cell mate.

HE WHO HESITATES IS LOST ………………. THE CAR SOLD FOR $42,000
the original craigslist ad from july 23rd 2012 showed a single dismal picture the car in an over stuffed garage with lots boxes etc blocking a full view of it not to mention it had 20 years of dust accumulated on it. the asking price was $18,000 and it went for $15,000, i know this as I had contacted the estate’s selling agent and was the back up buyer with money in hand to buy it !
so close that time! *&^%$#$%
True enough – I do have the Autoroche headlights in my SS – They were in there when I bought it- I also saw a set in a Citroen ID-19 that was parked in my neighborhood for years…. my car spent time in Los Angeles – then came to the Bay Area in 1969….. Don’t know when the French headlights were added.
